From the beginning, OCC has been driven by the interests and involvement of Oregon’s people, businesses, and cultural and educational communities, along with many of Oregon's political leaders, all of whom understand the value of friendship and goodwill with China and its people. We are a growing platform focused – even in these difficult times – on enhancing long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships in areas of culture, education, tourism, climate change, and trade between Oregon and China.
